Refund Policy

Customers may ask to return defective or non-defective new products, or seek an exchange, through this review process.

Thirty days after delivery

The application must reach us within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered. Eligible concerns include defects, shipping damage, missing or wrong contents, and a substantial mismatch. Preference or an incorrect choice can support a non-defective return when the item is still new, unused, and in original condition. Applicable rights are preserved.

Details needed for review

Contact atebucanifip37@gmail.com before returning the product. Include the order number, purchase email, reason, and images or video where merchandise has a problem. Preserve packaging and components. Await approval and our confirmation of the return address and instructions. The correspondence address shown on Contact Us is not automatically the returns warehouse.

Using the enclosed label

All returns are mailed. The outbound parcel contains a free prepaid return label for this purpose. After approval, use the label from the package with the supplied directions. Contact support if it is absent or misplaced. Restocking fees are not assessed.

Exchange stock and refund timing

A requested exchange proceeds according to review and available stock. An approved refund is processed and initiated through the original payment method within 10 days. Additional bank or issuer time may pass before it appears.
