When should an order arrive?

Order handling usually requires 1–2 business days after authorization. Estimated transportation after dispatch is another 4–6 business days, with weekends and applicable holidays excluded.

What kinds of returns and exchanges are available?

We consider defective and non-defective new products and accept exchange requests. A non-defective product must be unused, new, and in original condition. Make the request during the 30 calendar days after delivery and review the Refund Policy.

Which return fees apply?

There is no restocking fee. A free prepaid mailing label comes inside the package; first obtain approval, then use that enclosed label with the address instructions we confirm.

When will the credit be initiated?

We process an approved refund through the original payment method within 10 days. Posting speed after that is set by the bank or payment service.
